We have been working with Travis with Total Backing Safety for the last two years. Throughout this process we have learned a great deal about both commonsense safety and OSHA requirements. Travis has assisted our company with safety consulting services for the last year. He is very knowledgeable with regard to safety regulations and best practices, but what really resonated with me was the concept of culture versus compliance. Travis preaches and believes in this concept, and I truly believe that fostering a culture of safety is the key to running an effective safety program.
